MACHINING CAPABILITIES

Our Machining Department offers:

• 3 and 4 X-axis Vertical Milling, Lathe Turning and Surface grinding

We have a number of both Milling and Turning machines with various capacities allowing us to offer:

• Up to 50” travel in the “X” and 20” travel in the “Y” on the mills

• 10” Ø chucks in Lathes with up to a 16.5” swing

Our Pass-thru Milling Capabilities allow the machining of long parts | up to 20′.

With our high-speed machining capabilities, we are also able to produce high-quality parts at a reasonable cost to you. We are very accustomed to machining a variety of materials such as:

• Mild Steel CRS/HR

• SS Aluminum

• Copper

• Titanium

• Hastelloy

• G-10

• Nylon

• Hydlar Z

• Delrin

• UHMW
